Shipping Policy

All Bitcoinizers products are printed on demand by our production partner, Printful. Each item is made specifically for you after you place your order, which reduces waste and lets us offer our designs without holding inventory.
Production time
Orders usually take 2–5 business days to be printed and packed before they ship. During peak seasons (such as mid-November through January) production can take longer.
Shipping destinations, costs and estimated times
Delivery estimates below are counted after production is complete and are provided by our production partner; they are estimates, not guarantees.
- United States — Standard: FREE, about 3–4 business days after production.
- United States — Express: rate shown at checkout, about 1–3 business days after production.
- El Salvador — Standard: rate shown at checkout, about 5–20 business days after production.
We can only ship to the countries offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Multiple shipments
Orders containing several items may be shipped in more than one package. You will receive tracking for each package.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the customer pays the new shipping cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@bitcoinizers.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
