Refund Policy

Because every Bitcoinizers item is printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or color selected by the customer, or items that do not meet personal preference. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. To request this:
- Email hello@bitcoinizers.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem (and the shipping label, if the item was damaged in transit).
We will review your request and reply with the solution (reprint or refund). In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help you resolve it.
Order changes and cancellations
Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@bitcoinizers.com and we will do our best.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Returns policy and legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
